Visit schools

November 2008

In November several primary schools visited our location in Groot-Ammers.

Purpose of these visits is the promotion of technology and technical education for students of the last two years of primary school.
After a welcome with some soft drinks, one of our colleagues Lean Maclean, sales engineer at Merford Noise Control, gave a lesson about noise vibrations, the danger of noise and noise control.
The students carried out some experiments to feel the noise vibrations by themselves.

The lesson was ended by a tour in the office and production area.
